Welcome to The Pack Ideas. By using our platform, you agree to keep our community safe, respectful, and lawful. These terms apply to everyone: seniors, vendors, volunteers, and donors.

🌟 The Gold Rules

To maintain a safe and joyful environment, we ask all members to follow these principles:

✅ Be Kind – Patience and respect are our foundation.
✅ Be Honest – Provide truthful information about your skills or services.
✅ Meet Publicly – Always use community centres or public places for meetups.
🔒 Protect Your Data – Never share your SingPass, NRIC, or bank passwords.
🚩 Report Issues – Report directly to the authorities if there is fraud or any issue that is inimical to your safety or the community. We do not handle any fraud.

🔒 Privacy & PDPA Compliance

We take your privacy seriously and comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Identification & Requirements

Minimum Information: We require the minimum information necessary for identification to ensure community safety. Such requirements are in strict accordance with the local authority’s guidelines.
Contact Details: If you do not wish to provide your contact details, you are not permitted to use our services, our address, or any of our links and communication tools. At a minimum, a valid email address is required.

Data Usage

To match you with community members and vendors.
To verify vendor identities for senior safety.
We NEVER sell your personal data to third parties.

Due Diligence

The Pack Ideas acts as a bridge; we are not responsible for the specific details provided or what is presented by users. As we do not have the right or capacity to check every detail thoroughly, you are fully advised to perform your own due diligence checks on the information provided by both seniors and vendors.

Professional Advice: You are strongly advised to check and seek professional and legal assistance before acting on or using any information found on the platform.

Fraud Reporting: If you encounter fraud, please report it immediately to the authorities and let them handle the matter. We do not resolve legal disputes or criminal activities directly.

💳 Subscription & Payment Terms

✨ Free 3-Month Trial: Enjoy full access for your first 90 days.
💳 Advance Payment: All payments are made in advance for usage starting at the end of the 3rd month.
💳 Monthly Plan: $15/month. This requires a minimum 6-month commitment, totalling $90 after the trial period.
📅 Yearly Special: $150/year (Non-refundable).
🔄 Auto-Deduction: A valid debit or credit card must be linked to your account to allow for automatic bank deduction on the 1st of the month prior to usage.
🛠️ Admin Fee: Any changes to profile data will incur a $50 fee per change.

⚖️ Violation Consequences

To protect our nation of seniors, we enforce a strict policy:

⚠️ Minor Offence: A warning and guidance on community rules.
🚫 Second Offence: A 30-day suspension from the platform.
⛔ Serious Offence: Permanent ban for scams, harassment, or fraud.
⚖️ Legal Action: Illegal activities should be reported to the Singapore authorities.
